PAI entered into an agreement with a company in Rome Italy that has produced aircraft since WWII. The name of the company is INIZIATIVE INDUSTRIALI ITALIANE S.p.A. (3I). PAI supplies parts manufactured in the U.S.A. that are used in the production of certified Sky Arrow aircraft. This airplane is sold in Italy and many other countries. PAI is the primary distributor for the Sky Arrow in the U.S.A. and works directly with 3I for customer support.

PAI has offices and hangar facilities located on the Gillespie Field airport: 1870 Joe Crosson Drive, Suite 100, El Cajon CA 92020. New and demonstration aircraft are located at this location as well as some other sites in the U.S.
